How these calculators work

Every calculator runs in your browser. There is no server, no API call, and no account. Enter your times and rates, press Calculate, and see the result in the result panel on the right side of the page.

Results use whole-minute arithmetic. Clock times become integer minutes, unpaid breaks are subtracted, and the total is formatted as hours and minutes or a two-place decimal. The formulas are documented in the calculation methodology page.

You can copy results to your clipboard, download a CSV file, or print a time summary. Each calculator supports optional device-local drafts so you can save your work without an account. Drafts stay in your browser until you clear them.

All 22 calculators are free. No ads, no paywalls, no sign-up forms. The site is built for U.S. hourly workers, freelancers, and contractors who want clear, inspectable arithmetic.
