These tools provide general arithmetic and planning estimates. You are responsible for checking your inputs and comparing results with your actual records and applicable policy. You may use, print, and export your calculations without an account.

No payroll service

The site does not provide payroll filing, employment advice, tax calculations, payments, cloud archives, or employer approvals. It does not determine legal entitlement to overtime, breaks, premiums, or leave.

Availability and corrections

Software and explanations can contain errors and may change. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular payroll system is made. Report suspected errors through Contact. Nothing here is intended to override nonwaivable rights under applicable law.

Your records

You control files you download and drafts you choose to save. Keep independent copies of important records. Do not rely on browser storage as the sole record of hours worked.
