Time results describe the wall-clock inputs you enter. They do not certify attendance or actual elapsed duration across timezone changes.

Pay results are simplified estimated gross amounts before deductions. They do not determine coverage, entitlement, take-home pay, or every employer/state-specific rule. PTO estimates follow your stated accrual inputs and the displayed event ordering.

What the calculators do

Each calculator performs arithmetic on the numbers you enter. A shift calculator subtracts unpaid break minutes from total time on site. A timecard calculator adds multiple periods across a workweek. A pay calculator multiplies minutes by hourly rate. The results are mathematical, not legal or administrative.

What the calculators do not do

The calculators do not determine legal entitlement to overtime, breaks, premiums, or leave. They do not apply every state-specific rule. They do not account for collective bargaining agreements, union contracts, or employer policies that exceed minimum legal requirements. They do not calculate taxes, Social Security, Medicare, or other deductions.

Before you use the result

Check important results against original time records and employer policy. Compare the calculator output with your actual pay stub. If the numbers do not match, the difference may be due to a rule the calculator does not model, not an error in the calculator.
