Understand the result before you use a Shift Ledger calculator.
Time results describe the wall-clock inputs you enter. They do not certify attendance or actual elapsed duration across timezone changes.
Pay results are simplified estimated gross amounts before deductions. They do not determine coverage, entitlement, take-home pay, or every employer/state-specific rule. PTO estimates follow your stated accrual inputs and the displayed event ordering.
Check important results against original time records and employer policy. A disclaimer does not replace correct formulas: review the methodology and report a suspected error.
