Review before exporting

Set the week start, enter the periods, and calculate. Fix every partial input or overlap before exporting. For a biweekly card, review each weekly subtotal as well as the combined number.

Print a clean copy

Choose US Letter or A4, then Print. The print layout focuses on the dated timecard and results and omits navigation and advertising. Use your browser's Save as PDF destination when you want a file instead of paper. Browser print margins and scaling can affect pagination.

Download CSV for a spreadsheet

CSV is a plain-text table with quoted cells. Open it in your spreadsheet application and check that dates and decimal values are interpreted as intended. Downloading is initiated only by your click. Values that could be spreadsheet formulas are escaped.

Save a draft on this device

Device saving is optional. Enable it only when you want the entries retained in this browser. Someone using the same browser profile may be able to restore them. Reset changes the current form; Clear saved data removes the stored draft.

Keep a portable backup

Use the JSON backup export to keep an editable draft, and import that backup later in the matching tool. Imported backups are validated. The file stays on your device unless you choose to share it. Browser storage can be cleared or unavailable, so it is not a permanent archive.
